Sistem cephe iskelesi yada kalıp iskelesi olarak kullanılır. Dikey ve yatay elemanlardan oluşur. Bağlantı noktaları flanş, kurtağzı ve kama’dan oluşur. Zemini teraziye almak için alt ayar milleri, döşeme ve kiriş altını teraziye almak için ise “4 yollu” ve “U” başlıklı üst ayar milleri kullanılır. Sistem kalıp projenize göre ÖZLER tarafından tasarlanır. Dikey elemanlar standart olarak 48*3 mm, yatay elemanlar ise 48*2,5 mm SE Belgeli, mekanik testlere tabi tutulmuş, standart borulardan üretilir. Üretimlerimizde otomatik gazaltı kaynak makineleri kullanılır. Sistem 2 kat rapid boyalıdır, talep halinde galvaniz ile de kaplanır. The system is used facade scaffolding or slab scaffolding. It is consisted of vertical and horizontal components. The connection points are consisted of flanges, wedgeheads and wedge. Base spindles are used to balance the scaffolding, head spindles ( 4 Ways or U Head ) are used to balance the slab and beam. The system is designed by ÖZLER according to your projects. Vertical components are produced 48*3 mm pipes. Horizontal components are produced 48*2,5 mm pipes. We use automatic arc welding in the manufacturing process.
